Overview

As our Manager of Loyalty Programs, you will be leading the loyalty program strategy, execution and optimization for Eddie Bauer. Through integrated customer acquisition, retention and reactivation, you will grow our existing loyalty programs, and manage/oversee the implementation and execution of data driven marketing campaigns to maximize customer value and support our brand direction.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing loyalty/credit based marketing programs to increase member engagement and drive purchase behavior
  • Driving omni-channel acquisition, retention and reactivation
  • Responsible for loyalty program health and performance - acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Analyzing, reporting, and optimizing marketing programs based on customer behavior
  • Leading and managing multiple external vendors
  • Ensuring budgets are managed effectively; responsibility for program-level & overall tracking & reporting
  • Cultivating partnerships with internal and external contacts to achieve effective strategic and tactical execution

Qualifications

  • You have 6-8 years of data-driven marketing experience with an emphasis on CRM, Loyalty, or Personalized Marketing; retail marketing required
  • You have developed strategic business plans and have developed, implemented, and executed retail credit, loyalty & other marketing programs
  • You have managed relationships with outside business partners including banks, loyalty vendors, marketing consultants, and advertising agencies
  • You’re a great communicator and have solid analytical, budgeting, project management, decision-making & planning skills
  • You have solid Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills and can easily work with CRM / database tools
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in marketing or related analytical field; MBA a plus
