Deliver exceptional customer service to all Eddie Bauer visitors, switchboard callers, and associates. Proactively manage the reception desk operations, including asset protection, safety procedures, HR culture programs, community board and Live Your Adventure activities. Positively represent and ambassador the Eddie Bauer Brand.


  • Timely arrival, opening, and administration of Eddie Bauer Reception; 5 days/week 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Welcome visitors, callers, and associates; create a friendly and responsive experience in every interaction
  • Maintain reception area; keep organized and welcoming to Eddie Bauer guests
  • Partner with Executive Administrative team to prepare for special visitors, board members, athletes and guides
  • Administer Corporate Physical Security programs, including issuance and management of building access cards and brass keys
  • Maintain Physical Property Checklists for last day checkout
  • Provide administration support to the Loss Prevention department, including management of confidential information, data and communications
  • Maintain security awareness and appropriately escalate potential safety or security concerns
  • Accurate execution of transportation programs; parking reconciliation, ORCA cards, enrollment and cancellations, and compliance with state or city transportation ordinances. Serves as the on-site ETC for Eddie Bauer
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational and process excellence; bring forward recommendations and work with Supervisor to implement
  • As a member of the HR Team, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct


  • 2 years of experience in an office administration position; preferably for a large corporate office or headquarters
  • Strong customer service background with exemplary customer service skills
  • Proactive and takes initiative to positively impact and streamline processes
  • Elevated communication & interpersonal skills
  • High standards of professionalism and corporate conduct
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively multitask, working quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment
  • Effective conflict management experience, problem solving ability and sound decision-making
  • Willingness to flex schedule to meet business needs and ensure adequate reception coverage
  • Solid computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
